No Refund Policy
At Faith Live, all ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that event planning involves significant costs that cannot be recovered.
Why We Have a No Refund Policy
- Commitment to Artists & Venues – Once a ticket is purchased, funds are allocated to secure the venue, pay artists, and cover production costs. These expenses are non-refundable, even if an attendee cannot make the event or artist cancels. Faith Live is unable to provide compensation for circumstances beyond our control.
- Limited Availability – Many of our events have limited capacity. When a ticket is sold, it means another potential attendee may have been turned away. A refund would create logistical issues and unfairly impact event planning.
- Event Expenses Are Paid in Advance – Everything from marketing to stage production and staff wages requires upfront investment. Refunds would jeopardize the ability to host quality events.
- Unexpected Circumstances – We understand that plans can change. However, as a ticketing company, we cannot assume responsibility for personal conflicts, travel issues, or schedule changes.
Ticket Transfers & Resale
While we do not offer refunds, most of our tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to sell or gift your ticket to someone else.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Thank you for supporting live events and helping us continue to bring high-quality experiences to audiences.
Ticket Pricing Policy
At Faith Live, we strive to offer the best live music experiences while ensuring fairness in ticket pricing. Please note the following regarding ticket prices:
Variable Pricing – Ticket prices may vary based on factors such as demand, artist fees, venue costs, and availability. Prices may differ between presale, general sale, and last-minute purchases.
Dynamic Adjustments – Ticket prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, adjustments due to demand, special promotions, or venue-related costs.
No Price Protection – Once a ticket purchase is completed, the price paid is final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or price adjustments due to subsequent price changes.
Third-Party Sellers – If tickets are purchased from a third-party vendor, their pricing policies and terms will apply. We are not responsible for price variations or additional fees charged by resellers.
Transparency – While prices may change, we aim to provide clear and upfront pricing at the time of purchase. Any applicable fees, taxes, or surcharges will be disclosed before checkout.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Thank you for supporting live music with Faith Live!
